Top 8 Tradervue Alternatives for Stock Traders (2026)

Ranking eight journals for stock traders, with verified prices, real pros and cons and what real users say about each one.

Top Tradervue alternatives include Deepvue Trading Journal, TradeZella, TraderSync, Edgewonk, TradesViz, Trademetria, Stonk Journal and Kinfo. Stock traders get the most from Deepvue, which puts broker sync, R reporting and an AI agent beside a screener and charts, runs natively on iOS and Android, and has a Black Friday deal that locks in a full year for $490.

What is Tradervue? It’s one of the oldest trade journals around, launched in 2011 and now owned by SureSwift Capital, with over 200,000 sign ups for its imports, reports and mentor sharing. It’s also a journal that hasn’t changed much, and plenty of traders are shopping Tradervue competitors and apps like Tradervue.

Never miss a Deepvue blog post.

The free tier runs out at 30 trades a month, R multiple reports need the $49.95 Gold plan, there’s no app and no AI, and the Trustpilot reviews lean hard on billing complaints.

We lined up eight Tradervue alternatives against the same checklist, broker imports, review depth, AI, phone access and cost, and pulled real Reddit and Trustpilot reviews for each, so you can pick the one that matches how you trade.

Why Traders Are Looking for Tradervue Alternatives

Tradervue still does the basics well, and SMB Capital’s Mike Bellafiore has named it his journal of choice. The reasons traders go looking for a Tradervue alternative come up again and again in reviews and Reddit threads, and most of them are about what Tradervue hasn’t added.

Tradervue Pricing Hides the Good Reports Behind Gold

Silver costs $29.95 a month and Gold $49.95. Exit analysis, R multiple reporting and the fee based liquidity reports all need Gold, and even MFE and MAE and multiple accounts need a paid plan. For a stock trader who sizes by R, the useful Tradervue starts at $49.95.

Tradervue’s own pages disagree on the price too. Its plans page shows $29 and $49 while its pricing page shows $29.95 and $49.95, and no annual price is published anywhere, even though users report yearly charges of about $500.

“I like TraderVue a lot, but I’m not at a point in my trading where I can justify the $29/month expense.”

The Free Plan Runs Out After 30 Trades

Is Tradervue free? Only up to a point. The Tradervue free plan imports 30 grouped trades a calendar month, counted by import date, and anything over that waits for an upgrade or next month. Users in 2018 described a 100 trade cap, so the free tier has been cut since, and the paid trial charges your card automatically when the 7 days end.

Billing Complaints Dominate the Reviews

Tradervue has only 11 reviews on Trustpilot, with an average of 2.2, and 10 of them are 1 star. Most of those mention a charge after a cancellation, a downgrade or a trial, and Tradervue doesn’t publish a refund policy. The profile is also unclaimed, so none of the reviews has a company reply.

“Two years after cancelling they are still billing and will not refund!”

Michael Roby, 1 star review on Trustpilot

“I did not receive a heads-up notice that I would be renewing and charged $508 automatically”

Support That Doesn’t Answer

Contact is email only, and four of the ten critical Trustpilot reviews say that email went unanswered, including one trader hitting error codes while trying to enter trades.

“They are happy to take your money, but provide no service.”

David Roberts, 1 star review on Trustpilot

Imports and P&L That Don’t Add Up

A journal with wrong numbers isn’t much of a journal. One futures trader started an r/Daytrading thread titled “Tradervue sucks!” after comparing Tradervue’s P&L with a year end statement, and another found a Fidelity import skipping whole tickers.

“the numbers it comes up with are off ALLOT”

A futures trader on r/Daytrading

“I cannot figure out why it is excluding data. It excludes nvda trades.”

A trader on r/Daytrading

Stats Without the Review

Tradervue ships more than 300 reports on Gold, and after a year some traders find the reports are the problem. They want to spot the same execution mistake across dozens of trades, and a wall of statistics doesn’t point at it.

“What I really want is something that makes reviewing trades easier.”

No Tradervue App and No AI

Searching for a Tradervue app comes up empty. Tradervue runs in a desktop browser only, with nothing on the App Store or Google Play, and there’s no AI anywhere in the product. Most of the Tradervue competitors below ship at least one of the two.

Built for Intraday Equity Traders, With No Research

Tradervue describes its user as the active intraday equity trader, and the feature list follows: execution charts, liquidity reports, Renko bars. There’s no screener, no fundamentals and no watchlist, so a swing trader pays for Tradervue and a research platform, then flips between tabs to tie each trade back to its setup.

Get the Black Friday Deal on Your Phone

Open Deepvue’s Black Friday deal in your phone’s browser to lock in $490 a year, then install the Deepvue app from the App Store or Google Play and the full journal comes with you.

How We Picked the Best Tradervue Alternatives

Deepvue is our product, so we scored it on the same five questions as everyone else. Prices and features were read from each vendor’s own pricing pages in October 2026, and every quote comes from a Reddit thread, a Trustpilot review, Capterra or an app store listing you can open.

Getting trades in

Does your broker sync, and how much do you still type?

Review and analytics

R reporting, results by setup, and reviewing a trade on its chart.

AI and privacy

How capable the AI is, whether it’s metered, and where your data goes.

Desktop and mobile

A browser version plus real iOS and Android apps, or desktop only.

Price and fit

Monthly cost once the trial ends, free tier limits, and who it suits.

Deepvue ranks first for stock traders because nothing else here puts the journal inside the research platform, ships native apps and includes every feature in a single plan. Every Tradervue alternative gets an identical breakdown below, and when a rival wins a category, it says so.

The Best Tradervue Alternatives

Without further ado, here are the eight best alternatives to TraderVue.

1. Deepvue Trading Journal

Deepvue Homepage
Deepvue Homepage

Deepvue Homepage

Best for: Position and swing traders of growth stocks who need the journal, screener and charts under one login, with the same journal on their phone.

Deepvue is a research platform for growth stocks, and the Deepvue Trading Journal is a full module inside it. Trades sync in from your broker, land beside the screener and charts that surfaced them, and get an R score, a dollar P&L and a percent return with no Gold plan required.

The quickest way to see the difference from Tradervue is to watch a trade go from broker sync to review. Below is the launch session where the team connects an account, opens the Dashboard and reviews a trade on its chart.

Deepvue Trading Journal platform
Deepvue Trading Journal platform.

Key Features

  • •Broker sync. Fidelity, Schwab, Interactive Brokers, Robinhood, Webull, Questrade, tastytrade and dozens more connect from the broker list, with a full history import inside a day for most of them. Any CSV works too.
  • •A Dashboard you build. Pick apps like Equity Curve, Open Positions, Calendar and Trading Edge, filter by account, symbol, tag or date range, and arrange them the way the customizable dashboard works across Deepvue.
  • •R on every plan. Set a stop and the R multiple fills in, with results broken out by setup, tag, emotion or ticker, nothing gated to a higher tier.
  • •Open position risk. Open Risk totals the damage if every stop triggers, and Near Stops sorts your positions by how close price sits to each stop.
  • •Review on the chart. Open any trade to see its buys and sells plotted on Deepvue charts, then log notes before and after the trade, an emotion, tags and the playbook it belongs to.
  • •Notebook and Model Books. Routines, plans and chart snapshots go in Notebook folders, and Model Books hold the past leaders you study.
  • •Journal Agent. Opt in AI that reads anonymized trade data only, under zero data retention, and tells you what is and isn’t working.
  • •Desktop and mobile. Every part of the journal is in the web app and in the iOS and Android apps, and notes written on one appear on the other.

Pros and Cons

Pros

  • One subscription for the journal, a screener, watchlists, alerts and the AI Terminal
  • The iOS and Android apps hold the whole journal
  • R, exit stats and multiple accounts included, with no Gold tier
  • Open Risk and Near Stops watch live risk against your stops
  • The Journal Agent opts in and sees anonymized data only
  • $490 a year on the Black Friday deal, locked in while you stay subscribed

Cons

  • Stocks only today, in USD and CAD accounts
  • No free tier, and the regular price is $99 a month
  • Launched in October 2026, so some tools are still arriving

Pricing

One plan: $99 a month, or $990 a year, journal included. Until December 4, the Black Friday deal cuts a full year to $490 and keeps it there for as long as you’re subscribed, so your renewal never jumps, and joining by November 12 adds two free live masterclasses.

How It Compares to Tradervue

Tradervue covers futures, forex and options, which Deepvue’s journal doesn’t yet. For stock trades, Deepvue includes what Tradervue sells on Gold, R reporting and exit stats, and adds what Tradervue doesn’t have at all: an AI agent, native apps, Open Risk and a research platform with screeners modeled on top traders’ scans.

Deepvue’s Black Friday rate also renews at $490 every year, while Tradervue publishes no annual price at all. The features overview lists every module, and the setup guide walks through the first week.

User Ratings

User ratings: App Store 4.7 from 430+ ratings, Google Play 4.7 from 250+ reviews, and 4.8 across more than 220 verified Deepvue reviews.

“Very responsive to user input for new features.”

Furskin1016, review on the App Store

Best fit: Swing and position traders who want to find, size and review trades in one subscription and carry the journal on their phone.

Deepvue for $490 a Year, Locked In

Pay $490, normally $990, for a full year of the journal, the research tools and the apps, at a price that never goes up while you stay subscribed. Join by November 12 for two free live masterclasses.

2. TradeZella

Best for: Day traders after AI, tick replay and backtesting in one journal who don’t need a free plan.

TradeZella is the biggest name in trade journaling, used by 100,000+ traders for its AI, tick replay and prop firm tools. It covers stocks, options, forex and select futures, and raised its prices in July 2026.

Tradezella Homepage
Tradezella Homepage

Key Features

  • •Zella AI. Chat and agents metered by monthly credits, from 500 on Essential to 3,000 on Ultra.
  • •Tick replay and backtesting. Replay trades tick by tick and run manual or automated backtests.
  • •Prop Firm Sync covering FTMO, TopStep and Apex among others.
  • •Broker sync for 13 platforms, Schwab, IBKR, Robinhood and Webull among them, with file upload for 38 more.

Pros and Cons

Pros

  • Deepest day trading toolkit on the list
  • AI on every plan, with Zella University included
  • Notes keep a 30 day version history

Cons

  • No free tier, no trial and no phone app
  • July 2026 price rise: Essential $35, Pro $59
  • No way to export all your data at once

Pricing

Three tiers: Essential at $35 a month, Pro at $59 and Ultra at $99, dropping to $26, $44 and $74 on annual billing. Nothing is free, and there’s no trial period either.

How It Compares to Tradervue

This comparison is about a free tier against feature depth. Tradervue has a free plan and a trial, and TradeZella has neither, but TradeZella brings AI, tick by tick replay, backtests and prop firm tracking. Neither one has a native app. The full list of TradeZella alternatives goes deeper on where it falls short.

User Ratings

User ratings: Trustpilot 4.8 from 1,000+ reviews, with no G2 or Capterra listing.

“Trouble syncing accounts and doesnt leave the proper selection.”

Farid, 1 star review on Trustpilot

“The subscription page shows “Cancelled” instead of a “Cancel” button,”

Radim Šafrán, 2 star review on Trustpilot

Best fit: Prop firm and futures traders happy to pay for replay and AI from day one.

3. TraderSync

Best for: Intraday traders who want replay, a practice simulator and an AI coach alongside the journal.

TraderSync is a ten year old journal for stocks, forex, futures, crypto and options, importing from 100+ brokers and platforms. On top of the log it stacks Cypher AI, a simulator and a replay terminal, most of it on the upper tiers.

TraderSync Homepage
TraderSync Homepage

Key Features

  • •Cypher AI. Daily message caps rise by plan, 5 on Pro up to 60 on Elite, and the full coaching mode is Elite only.
  • •Replay terminal. Tick replay at 250 milliseconds for Elite subscribers and one second on Premium.
  • •Backtester and simulator. Paper trade past sessions, with automated backtests on Elite.
  • •Level II and screeners. Volatility and gapper scans with Time & Sales, all Elite only.

Pros and Cons

Pros

  • Five asset classes and 100+ import sources
  • Replay and simulator suit intraday review
  • Pro costs the same as Tradervue Silver

Cons

  • The apps, screeners and AI coach all require the $79.95 Elite plan
  • No refunds on any payment
  • You can’t export trades during the trial

Pricing

Three plans at $29.95, $49.95 and $79.95 a month, with up to 60% off the first annual year, and a 7 day trial before the card is charged.

How It Compares to Tradervue

Although the two cost the same at the entry level, there are some notable differences. TraderSync adds AI, replay, a simulator and mobile apps, while Tradervue keeps a free plan and mentor sharing on a cheaper tier.

User Ratings

User ratings: Trustpilot 4.2 from 324 reviews, App Store 2.7.

“Robinhood is not supported automatically, requiring manual CSV uploads for each portfolio update,”

Shiva Gurumurthy, 2 star review on Trustpilot

“A trading journal’s only job is data integrity,”

Zezen Nguyen, 1 star review on Trustpilot

Best fit: Scalpers and day traders who want replay and practice sessions and are fine paying Elite prices for them.

4. Edgewonk

Best for: Traders whose biggest leak is discipline, who’d rather pay once a year.

Edgewonk has built its journal around trading psychology for over a decade: a Psychology Lab, an Edge Finder and checklists you tick before each trade. It handles stocks, forex, futures, options and crypto from a browser.

Edgewonk Homepage
Edgewonk Homepage

Key Features

  • •Edge Finder and Psychology Lab that surface emotional patterns and your best setups.
  • •Chart Lab and strategy lab to slice results by setup.
  • •Checklists and a diary that keep your rules in view.
  • •200+ brokers, auto synced from MetaTrader 4 or 5 and file imported for everyone else.

Pros and Cons

Pros

  • A single annual price, no tiers
  • The best discipline and mindset tools here
  • Refund window of 14 days

Cons

  • Nothing monthly, free or trial based
  • Browser only, no app
  • Only MetaTrader syncs automatically

Pricing

$197 a year, or $169 for traders outside the EU and UK, billed annually only. Instead of a trial you get a money back window of 14 days.

How It Compares to Tradervue

This comes down to breadth against focus. Tradervue claims 82 supported platforms to Edgewonk’s smaller import list, while Edgewonk’s year of Gold level features costs less than six months of Tradervue Gold and comes with a refund window Tradervue doesn’t publish.

User Ratings

User ratings: Trustpilot 4.7 from 44 reviews, all of them 5 stars except one.

“It seemed like a good journal, but to subscribe you have to subscribe for an entire year.”

moe, 1 star review on Trustpilot

“One problem is when I upload trades my winning days show up as red and losing days show up as green.”

moe, in the same Trustpilot review

Best fit: Mindset focused forex and futures traders who prefer one payment a year.

5. TradesViz

Best for: Traders who want the biggest stats library for the least money.

TradesViz claims 200,000+ users and stacks hundreds of reports, AI and simulators into plans that begin at $0. The free tier is one account, stocks only, 3,000 executions monthly, a hundred times Tradervue’s cap.

TradesViz Homepage
TradesViz Homepage

Key Features

  • •AI Coach, AI Query and AI Chat across the paid plans.
  • •Replay, simulator and backtesting, including an options backtester.
  • •Real time screener with 14 strategies and options flow on Platinum.
  • •iOS and Android apps with nearly everything the web version has.

Pros and Cons

Pros

  • Free tier allows 3,000 executions a month
  • Both paid plans undercut Tradervue Silver on annual billing
  • Built in screener, with apps on both stores

Cons

  • Syncing Fidelity or E*TRADE needs a paid plan
  • Free tier is one account, stocks only
  • Crowded interface that takes time to learn

Pricing

Basic is $0. Pro is $19.99 monthly or $14.99 on an annual plan, Platinum $29.99 monthly or $22.49 annually, both with 7 day trials.

How It Compares to Tradervue

This is the clearest value gap on the list. TradesViz Platinum on annual billing costs $22.49 a month, under Tradervue Silver, and bundles AI, a screener and native apps, while its free tier imports a hundred times more executions than Tradervue’s.

User Ratings

User ratings: Trustpilot 3.9 from 71 reviews, App Store 3.2, Google Play around 2.9.

“Platform is not useful if you’re an active trader.”

Pranjal, 1 star review on Trustpilot

“CFD price are not the same with its futures price, and we can not change the chart to the correct asset.”

NQ trader ID, 3 star review on Trustpilot

Best fit: Multi asset traders on a budget who like having every statistic available.

6. Trademetria

Best for: Traders who want AI included on a cheap multi asset journal.

Trademetria launched in 2016 and reports 80,000+ users. It journals stocks, options, forex, futures, CFDs and crypto from 140+ brokers, and bolts charting and fundamental data onto the log.

Trademetria Homepage
Trademetria Homepage

Key Features

  • •AI assistant and AI Insights on every tier, free included.
  • •Simulations that replay your history with different rules.
  • •Charts and fundamentals for US stocks and 20+ exchanges abroad.
  • •Goal and habit tracking beside your trades.

Pros and Cons

Pros

  • Free tier, and paid plans from under $20
  • AI isn’t gated to a higher plan
  • Research data inside the journal

Cons

  • Free tier stops at 30 orders, a single account and 3 open positions
  • Web app only on phones
  • Refunds only when a bug goes unfixed

Pricing

Free up to 30 orders a month, then Basic at $19.95 monthly or $169 yearly and Pro at $29.95 monthly or $249 yearly.

How It Compares to Tradervue

Tradervue runs its own page arguing it beats Trademetria, mostly on mentoring and support. Trademetria answers with a longer broker list, AI on every plan, built in research and a Pro plan priced like Tradervue Silver, with the free tiers roughly matched at 30 a month.

User Ratings

User ratings: Trustpilot 4.0 from 12 reviews and Capterra 4.7 from 25, with nothing at 2 or 3 stars on either.

“The so called ‘automatic sync’ with your broker DOES NOT WORK.”

George, 1 star review on Trustpilot

“Importing complex option trades can be a nightmare if you have a lot of trades”

Alex M., 4 star review on Capterra

Best fit: Price sensitive traders in several markets who want AI without a top tier bill.

7. Stonk Journal

Best for: Low volume or new traders who’ll type trades in to keep the journal free.

Stonk Journal charges nothing, caps nothing, and has signed up 200,000+ traders since 2021. The trade off is that nothing syncs: entries are manual, or CSV imports on the $10 Pro plan.

Stonk Journal Homepage
Stonk Journal Homepage

Key Features

  • •No limit on manual trades for free users.
  • •30+ metrics and 10 kinds of risk rule.
  • •AI Coach and chat for Pro subscribers.
  • •Smart CSV import on Pro for IBKR, Robinhood, Webull, E*TRADE, Fidelity and Schwab files.

Pros and Cons

Pros

  • Free with no trade limit
  • Pro is only $10 a month
  • Exports to CSV and Excel

Cons

  • Nothing syncs from a broker, and free users type everything
  • No app in either store
  • Pro has no trial

Pricing

$0 forever with unlimited trades, or $10 a month for Pro, with no trial on offer.

How It Compares to Tradervue

As a Tradervue free alternative, Stonk Journal removes the 30 trade cap entirely. You trade that for typing, since Tradervue imports from 80+ platforms and Stonk Journal only reads CSVs on Pro.

User Ratings

User ratings: Trustpilot 4.6 from 205 reviews.

“Stay away from this trade journal, it’s a waste of time.”

Csaba, 3 star review on Trustpilot

“If only I could import trade logs for already traded accounts.”

Mischael Tadiwanashe Musarurwa, 5 star review on Trustpilot

Best fit: Anyone on a zero budget who takes a few trades a week and doesn’t mind the typing.

8. Kinfo

Best for: Stock traders who live on their phone and want a broker verified track record.

Kinfo links to 22 brokers through read only access and turns the data into a verified performance profile, private or public. A leaderboard ranks the public ones and lets you follow traders you rate.

Kinfo Homepage
Kinfo Homepage

Key Features

  • •22 broker imports, Robinhood, Schwab, E*TRADE, Fidelity, IBKR and Webull among them.
  • •Verified public or private profiles plus a leaderboard.
  • •Notes and tags per trade.
  • •Excel and Google Sheets sync for PRO+ members.

Pros and Cons

Pros

  • Free tier and apps on both stores
  • Performance verified by the broker feed
  • Fidelity syncs

Cons

  • No AI, no replay, no backtesting
  • Thin on review and journaling depth
  • Paywall around most features

Pricing

Free to start, then $24.90 a month for PRO and $44.90 for PRO+, with 25% off on yearly billing.

How It Compares to Tradervue

Kinfo is the mobile first answer to Tradervue’s desktop only journal, with native apps and broker verified stats at a lower price. Tradervue goes further on reports, mentor sharing and asset coverage.

User Ratings

User ratings: US App Store 4.8 from 474 ratings, Google Play 4.5 from 360+ reviews, and no Trustpilot profile.

“it only gives you the very basics on the free plan.”

Timmi, writing on Google Play

“Rhey advertise it links with thousands of brokers and then have a list of about 8 in the link broker setting.”

Bertothegreatness, writing on the UK App Store

Best fit: Phone first traders who care more about a verified P&L on their phone than a deep review process.

If you trade futures or forex, or you need a mentor to log into your journal, Tradervue covers ground Deepvue doesn’t. A stock trader who wants to research, trade and review in one place, on a desktop or a phone, gets more from Deepvue, and at the $490 Black Friday rate a full year costs about what ten months of Tradervue Gold does.

Which Tradervue Alternative Is Best?

The right pick comes down to what you trade, how many trades you log and how much of the review work you want done for you.

Review trades from your phone

The Black Friday deal works when you join from a mobile browser: a full year for $490 instead of $990. Then add the app from the App Store or Google Play, and every note, tag and review syncs back to your desktop.

Final Verdict

Each of these Tradervue alternatives answers at least one of the complaints above. Four offer free tiers, two of them well past Tradervue’s 30 trade cap, most include AI, and TradesViz, Kinfo and Deepvue have apps in both stores.

Stock traders get the most fixed in one move with Deepvue: R reporting without a Gold tier, private opt in AI, the whole journal on your desktop and phone, and a growth stock research platform around it, at a Black Friday rate of $490 a year that never goes up while you stay subscribed. Pair it with the Position Size Calculator and your risk plan, entry and review all run from one place.

If your book is futures or forex, or you coach other traders inside their journals, Deepvue’s journal, which is stocks only for now, won’t cover it. Trade growth stocks and want the journal where the research is? Deepvue is the Tradervue alternative to start with.

BLACK FRIDAY DEAL

Deepvue’s Black Friday Deal: $490 a Year

Tradervue bills you when its 7 day trial ends. Deepvue’s Black Friday deal gives you a full year of the journal, the research platform and the apps for $490, locked in while you stay subscribed, plus two free live masterclasses if you join by November 12.

$990 $490 a year, locked in

Key Takeaways

  • •Free tier, capped reports. Tradervue costs nothing up to 30 trades a month, then $29.95 or $49.95, and its best reports need the Gold plan.
  • •No app, no AI, billing complaints. Tradervue has no mobile app, no AI and no research tools, and its Trustpilot reviews are mostly about billing.
  • •Free alternatives exist. Free Tradervue alternatives exist: Stonk Journal removes the trade cap and TradesViz raises it to 3,000 executions a month.
  • •Deepvue adds research and AI. The Deepvue Trading Journal adds broker sync, R reporting on every plan plus an opt in AI agent to a growth stock research platform, for $99 a month or $490 a year with the Black Friday deal, on desktop and mobile.
  • •Try it on a full year of trades. Lock in $490 a year this Black Friday and review a full year of real trades by playbook at a price that never goes up.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a free version of Tradervue?

Yes, there is a free version of Tradervue. The Basic plan imports 30 trades per calendar month with basic reports, and anything beyond that needs Silver or Gold. Deepvue has no free plan, but its Black Friday deal gives you a full year of the Deepvue Trading Journal and research platform for $490.

How much does Tradervue cost per month?

Tradervue costs $29.95 a month for Silver and $49.95 for Gold, with a free Basic plan capped at 30 trades. Tradervue’s plans page shows $29 and $49, and no annual price is published. Deepvue costs $99 a month, or $990 a year, with the journal, screener, charts and AI included, and the Black Friday deal locks in a year for $490.

Which is better, Tradervue or TradeZella?

Tradervue vs TradeZella depends on what you need. Tradervue has a free plan and a 7 day trial, while TradeZella has neither but adds AI, replay and backtesting from $35 a month. Neither has a native app. Stock traders who want research next to the journal usually land on Deepvue instead.

What is the best trade journaling software and Tradervue alternative?

The best trade journaling software syncs your broker, scores trades in R, breaks results out by setup and runs on desktop and mobile. Stock traders get all of that from the Deepvue Trading Journal, inside a research platform. Day traders who need replay and futures coverage tend to look at TradeZella or TraderSync.

Who owns Tradervue?

Tradervue is owned by SureSwift Capital, a firm that buys and runs SaaS products, which acquired it in 2021 from founder Greg Reinacker. Tradervue launched in 2011 and runs with a small team. Deepvue, by comparison, is built by its own founding team, with the journal added in October 2026.

Does Tradervue have a mobile app?

Is Tradervue worth it?

Tradervue is worth it for intraday equity or futures traders who want 80+ import formats and mentor sharing and don’t need AI or an app. If you size by R, the useful Tradervue starts at $49.95 on Gold. For about what ten months of Gold costs, the Black Friday deal gets you a full year of the Deepvue Trading Journal, with R reporting, AI and a full research platform.

Can I import my Tradervue trades into Deepvue?

Yes, you can import your Tradervue trades into Deepvue. Export your trade history from Tradervue, which needs a Silver or Gold plan for Excel export, then upload it to the Deepvue Trading Journal, which maps any CSV format automatically. Once your broker is connected, new trades sync on their own.

Does the Deepvue Trading Journal calculate R on every plan?

Yes, R is calculated on the only plan Deepvue sells. Set a stop on a trade and R, expectancy and your R multiple distribution fill in, then break out by playbook, tag and emotion. Tradervue reserves R reporting for its $49.95 Gold plan.

Is the Deepvue Trading Journal good for swing traders?

Yes, the Deepvue Trading Journal suits swing traders well, since it was designed around positions held for days or weeks. Open Risk and Near Stops monitor those positions against their stops, and the screener, charts and watchlists that find the next trade are one click away, on desktop and mobile.

What is the best Tradervue alternative?

The best Tradervue alternative for stock traders is the Deepvue Trading Journal, which adds broker sync, R reporting on every plan and an opt in AI agent to a growth stock research platform, on desktop and mobile. It costs $99 a month, or $490 a year with the Black Friday deal. See the Trading Journal features.

Is there a free Tradervue alternative?

Yes, there are free Tradervue alternatives. Stonk Journal removes the 30 trade cap entirely if you type trades in by hand, and TradesViz raises the free limit to 3,000 executions a month. Deepvue has no free plan, but its Black Friday deal locks in a full year of the journal and research platform for $490.

Which Tradervue alternative has a mobile app?

The Tradervue alternatives with native mobile apps include the Deepvue Trading Journal on iOS and Android, TraderSync on its Elite plan and Kinfo for phone first stock traders. Tradervue itself runs only in a desktop browser. In Deepvue, trades, notes and reviews stay synced between the web app and the phone.

Does Tradervue have AI?

No, Tradervue has no AI features, and it has no mobile app or research tools either. Among Tradervue alternatives, TradeZella and TraderSync add AI to the journal, and the Deepvue Trading Journal includes an opt in AI agent alongside a screener and charts, all in one plan at $99 a month.

Does Tradervue offer refunds?

Tradervue doesn’t publish a refund policy. It has only 11 reviews on Trustpilot, averaging 2.2, and 10 of them are 1 star, with most mentioning a charge after a cancellation, a downgrade or a trial. The profile is unclaimed, so none has a company reply. Compare that with Deepvue’s user reviews.
