How we work

Small team. High ownership. No theatre.

Three co-founders, a tight team, and a customer base that asks us for new features every week. We build like a product company should.

Ship what you’d use.

Every feature ships through someone who’d actually use it during market hours. If we wouldn’t reach for it during a live session, we don’t release it.

Bias toward shipping.

Version 1 live by Friday beats version 5 in a deck on Monday. We’d rather see what’s wrong with a real thing than argue about a hypothetical one.

No middle management.

You’ll work directly with the founders. No status meetings about status meetings, no Jira ceremony — just the team, the product, and the work.

Remote-first, US-based.

Work where you do your best work. The team is fully remote across the U.S., with occasional in-person weeks for the people who want them.

A short project that mirrors the actual job — paid if it takes more than a couple of hours. No leet-code, no riddles.

60 minutes with the people you’d work with. Half is them learning about you, half is you grilling them.
