About the Role

We’re seeking a highly skilled and creative UI & UX Product Designer to join our product development team. You will play a pivotal role in shaping how users interact with our trading and stock analysis platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product design, a deep understanding of the stock market, and the ability to transform complex trading features into intuitive and elegant user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• User Interface Design: Design clean, modern, and user-centric interfaces that align with product goals and user needs.
• UX Research & Strategy: Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to validate design decisions and uncover opportunities for innovation.
• Feature Prototyping: Create high-fidelity prototypes and interactive design flows using Figma to bring concepts to life for internal teams and stakeholders.
• Product Innovation: Collaborate with product managers and developers to brainstorm, iterate, and refine features – particularly for trading, charting, and data visualization tools.
• Design Systems: Contribute to and maintain a design system that ensures consistency, scalability, and efficiency across the product.
• Market Alignment: Stay updated with stock market trends and user expectations to design features that cater to traders, investors, and financial analysts.

Requirements

Must-Have Skills:

• Proficiency in Figma for UI design, prototyping, and component libraries.
• Demonstrated experience with user research, usability testing, and feature validation.
• Strong understanding of stock market concepts, trading workflows, and data-driven user needs.
• Solid portfolio showcasing web and/or mobile product design work.
• Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and QA.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in designing products for financial services, fintech platforms, or trading tools.
• Familiarity with designing for real-time data, dashboards, and complex interaction models.
• Working knowledge of design accessibility standards.
• Comfortable using tools like Slack, Discord, Notion, Jira, or similar for documentation and collaboration.
